Lindsay Haddock is a classically trained pastry chef beginning her career at one of Toronto's top restaurants, Scaramouche. From there she headed to Europe to train at the Four Seasons Dublin & Edinburgh's Michelin star restaurant, Martin Wishart. There she refined her skills, technique and gained more experience to bring back to Canada(along with her now husband Max!). Today she not only runs Miss Macaroon Baking Co. but also is Executive Pastry Chef at one of Ontario's largest wholesale bakeries(and in her opinion the best- but she's biased), Circles & Squares where everything is made from scratch daily.
